Our Story
The story of Timbers Lodge begins in an era unlike any other, the pandemic. Our founder, Elias Khoury ran this bar single-handedly during a time where no one was getting together. Using the help of the residents of York, Elias was able to elevate Timbers Lodge from a single-serving window, to the opulent restaurant you sit in now. Over the course of two years, Timbers has become home to wing-eating competitions, Bollywood nights, and the famous Bar-lympics, making nights at York University memorable. Timbers Lodge Social Grill is this University's favourite watering hole, and we hope it will become yours too.

Our Kitchen is a place where our experienced chefs use their skills to craft dishes from local produce that will delight you, surprise you, and amaze you. The Timbers Lodge menu is home to an array of our original dishes that stand out amongst the crowd.
